James Santo is a visionary leader with a career spanning over fifteen years in the federal sector. As the CEO of Celeress, James brings forth unparalleled expertise, providing strategic direction and overseeing programmatic and technical aspects of the company. Celeress is renowned for delivering mission-critical information technology, data analytics, and innovative business solutions to federal government clients. 

Before founding Celeress, James held various prominent leadership positions within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). His notable contributions include directing the Person Centric Identity Services (PCIS) program and playing a pivotal role in establishing the Scalable Ways to Implement Flexible Tasks (SWIFT) contract vehicle, demonstrating his ability to drive transformative initiatives at a national level. 

Beyond his professional achievements, James maintains a vibrant personal life. In his leisure time, he enjoys cooking, avidly following sports, and cherishing moments with friends and family. Residing in Wesley Chapel, FL, James lives with his wife and four children, forming the foundation of his cherished support system.
