Senior Adviser

As Regional Program Manager, Mr. Mitchell’s Responsibilities include continuous improvement consulting and training solutions while continuously analyzing the client needs.  Mr. Mitchell identifies potential resources (internal and external), coordinates with Technical Specialists and builds a service and sales pipeline through networking.  He participates in the delivery of services and supports the consulting teams by helping manufacturing clients optimize their performance by providing direct consultation.    

As a Technical Specialist Mr. Mitchell provides services in the following areas: strategic marketing, information technology, strategic and operational planning, lean manufacturing & waste reduction, plant layout, process optimization, product development, ISO certification Six Sigma, and supply chain development.   

David Mitchell is the former IT Asset Management Process owner for United Space Alliance, LLC (Boeing & Lockheed) with the responsibility of managing the entire life-cycle including Total Cost of Ownership (TC) of IT assets for an organization of over 11,000 people.  However, his last four years have been focused on the efforts to close-out the NASA Space Shuttle processing contract.  David has spent 30 years working in all aspects of the aerospace industry.  He brings a hands-on knowledge (worked in the trenches) to whatever he is managing and a keen sense of process.  He holds a BS from Nova Southeastern University and an MS from the University of Miami.
